Frans Minnaert (1929 – 2011) was a Belgian painter. He studied at the Aalst Academy and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. He was the founding teacher and director of the Academy of Visual Arts in Anderlecht. Winner of many foreign awards. Minnaert’s works can be found at the Satin-Guidon metro station in Brussels.<\/p>\n
