Liisa Hjelt is a Finnish artist and co-founder of Lapuan Kankurit (Lapua weavers). Together with her husband Juha Hjelt, in 1973 they founded a weaving mill, which has been successfully operating for 50 years. Today it is run by the fourth generation of talented weavers. All works are created in harmony with nature and respect for the environment. Jokimaisema means river view.
