Description
This modernist cabinet was manufactured in Finland during the 1960s. It was finished in walnut wood with strong, irregular grain and deep brown colour with many variations of tones. It has original organic-shaped legs. This cabinet has four sliding doors, the middle pair was finished in hand-painted linear pattern in black and dirty white. This pattern refers to Scandinavian Modern design. We have also a perfect matched cabinet from one set of furniture. These make an absolute set together.
The cabinet has been partially renovated, with the observance of natural patina and in accordance with the rules of the Upcycled Vintage art. This item is a vintage piece that has been altered from its original state through artistic interventions, such as hand-painted finishes or compositions parts from different original vintage objects. The form is original and comes from 20th century. All works have been made-up by traditional methods and support the Zero Waste idea.
