Description
The columns was made by the Danish brand Bang & Olufsen. It is the M Type 6203 model, which was produced in the years 1963-1965. Bang & Olufsen is a plant that produces the highest quality audiovisual equipment. It was founded in 1925 by Peter Bang and Svend Olufsen. This brand is included in the list of official suppliers of equipment for the Royal Court in Denmark. In 1978, an individual exhibition devoted to this brand was organized at the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMA). Currently, some devices are in the permanent collection of the museum.
Our loudspeakers have a housing made of solid teak. They are extremely efficient and have very good sound quality. The housing is completely closed and hermetic, and the very strong damping with mineral wool guarantees an exceptionally smooth frequency response. The diameter of the loudspeaker is 16 cm.
The columns are after maintenance and are in full working order. The cables are terminated with a clamp connection, but the set also includes original Bang & Olufsen plugs.
