This pair of office chairs from the 1960s was designed by Carl Sasse for the German brand Casala. Slender, turned elements made of solid teak wood and black leather upholstery create an elegant and balanced design. Harmony is added by rounding and profiling, which at the same time make the chairs very comfortable. A compact, simple form and a well-balanced balance give the furniture refinement and refinement. They perfectly match an elegant office space.Chairs represent the design ideas of the Mid-Century Modern.
The manufactory was established in 1917 in the city of Lauenau, where the seat is still located today.
The chairs are signed with a metal sign. Under one of them, apart from the signature, there is also a label informing that they were produced for the Möbelhaus company in Osnabrück. All elements are original, kept in very good vintage condition.
