Description
This lounge set consists of a three-seater sofa and an armchair, was manufactured by the Swedish Ulferts Tibro during the 1960s. This set is finished in black natural leather and has loosely placed cushions. The frame is characteristically up and has wooden legs made of teak wood. This model has rounded edges and wide armrests, the design of which was ahead of its time in the 1960s.
Ulferts is a Swedish manufacturer known for designing furniture in the Mid-Century Modern style. The modernity by MCM is a retreat from the decadence of previous eras and the related snobbish creativity – here are simple lines and simple shapes. Their have own unique charm, and their grace is enhanced by the ingenious use of materials.
