Description
This elegant coffee table was made in Denmark during the 1950s. It is made of teak wood, which is extremely resistant to external factors and owes its longevity mainly to a specific composition, rich in oily substances and silicic acid. The durability of teak products is legendary. Until now, museums can admire products made of this raw material, which are about a thousand years old. A special feature of the table is the suspended edges of the table top. Lightly intertwined fibers and the original arrangement of the rings create an attractive look of this piece. It has a simple form referring to the design ideas of the Mid-Century Modern era.
This table is in original vintage condition. It has age marks and a natural patina.
