This modernist chair from the German manufacture Lübke, was produced during the 1960s. The frame of the chair is made of teak wood with a warm, brown color with clearly marked interesting graining. The seat has been refurbished and is upholstered in black synthetic leather. The chair has a minimalist and beautiful design. The back legs shoot upwards to match the classic backrest that ensures comfortable use of this piece. The simple and visually light structure of the chair perfectly reflects the characteristics of the Mid-Century Modern period.
The Lübke manufactory is based in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, and has been part of the furniture industry since the late 1950s.
This chair is in very good vintage condition. The seat is 45 cm high.
