Description
This modernist, three-seater sofa was made in Denmark during the 1960s. It was upholstered with black natural leather. It has loose, wide cushions for the seat and backrest. The seemingly raw frame of the sofa perfectly combines the simplicity of shapes with sharp edges. The base is made of metal, minimalist T-shaped legs. The sofa will be a strong accent in many arrangements. It is perfectly illustrated by the famous quote by the architect and designer Mies van der Rohe: Less is more. This is a perfectly reflected definition of minimalism contained in one design.
Sofa is in original vintage condition. It has signs of age-related wear, traces of repairs, cracks, scratches and scrapes on the leather. The seat is 38 cm high.
