Lennart Bender is a Swedish designer who is well known for his design of the Krokus armchairs, produced between 1959 and 1961 by Ulferts. He also designed many teak pieces for Ary Stalmobler in the mid-1960s. All designs follow the organic and simple lines of more traditional mid-century Scandinavian design, reflecting the spirit of the Mid-Century Modern era along with the designer’s need to explore new forms and materials.
Uferts is a Swedish manufacturer known for designing furniture in the Mid-Century Modern style. This sofa is in original vintage condition, it has traces of age, scratches on the leather, matting, imprints. Invisible tear in the lining under the back cushion. The seat is at a height of 39 cm.
